BelManage is priced on an annual subscription basis, as follows:

• $1,000 for the first 100 computers.
• $10 per computer for 101 to 5,000 computers.
• $7.50 per computer for 5,001 to 10,000 computers.
• $5 per computer for all computers over 10,000.

Price includes BelManage server, Web based reporting, backend database, support and product updates.

The Advanced Client for Servers (ACS) option includes discovery for Microsoft SQL Server Editions and Versions; Oracle Database and Products Editions, Versions, Options and Management Packs; IBM product Editions and Versions; Server Roles; and Virtual Machines to Physical Host dependencies. The ACS runs on Windows server, Linux and Solaris (x86) based operating systems. Pricing for ACS option is on an annual subscription basis, as follows:

• $50 per server for the first 100 servers.
• $37.50 per server for 101 to 500 servers.
• $25 per server for 501 to 1,000 servers.
• $15 per server for 1,001 to 2,000 servers.
• $10 per server for all servers over 2,000.

BelManage's Change History Module automatically tracks all software and hardware adds and removes. Pricing for the Change History Module is on an annual subscription basis, as follows:

• $500 for the first 100 computers.
• $5 per computer for 101 to 5,000 computers.
• $3.75 per computer for 5,001 to 10,000 computers.
• $2.50 per computer for all computers over 10,000.

The BelSecure module tracks the US Government Configuration Benchmark (USGCB) security configuration settings. BelSecure is priced on an annual subscription basis, as follows:

• $500 for the first 100 computers.
• $5 per computer for 101 to 5,000 computers.
• $3.75 per computer for 5,001 to 10,000 computers.
• $2.50 per computer for all computers over 10,000.

The BelManage Small Network Package includes the base BelManage system and the Change History module. Pricing is on an annual subscription basis, as follows:

• $750 for 50 computers.
• $15 for 51 to 250 computers.
• Price includes BelManage server, Web based reporting, backend database, support and product updates.

BelManage Auditor is priced at $2,000 and includes the following:

• License for one BelManage server and 400 client computers.
• Additional clients can be purchased at $5 per client.
• License term of ninety (90) days.

BelManage Software as a Service (SaaS) is a dedicated hosted version of BelManage which is managed, maintained and supported by Belarc. This package includes the BelManage Base, Change History and BelSecure options. Hosting is done on AWS servers, which can be located based on the user's preferences. Minimum initial order is $2,000 and includes set up costs. Pricing is on an annual subscription basis, as follows:

• $20 per client for the first 5,000 monitored clients.
• $15 per client for the next 5,000 monitored clients.
• $10 per client for all clients over 10,000.
• $105 per ACS client for the first 100 ACS clients.
• $78.75 per ACS client for 101-500 ACS clients.
• $52.50 per ACS client for 501-1,000 ACS clients.
• $31.50 per ACS client for 1,001-2,000 ACS clients.
• $21 per ACS client for over 2,000 ACS clients.

SaaS pricing for BelManage only is on an annual subscription basis, as follows:

• $14 per client for the first 5,000 monitored clients.
• $10.50 per client for the next 5,000 monitored clients.
• $7 per client for all clients over 10,000.
• $70 per ACS client for the first 100 ACS clients.
• $52.50 per ACS client for 101-500 ACS clients.
• $35 per ACS client for 501-1,000 ACS clients.
• $21 per ACS client for 1,001-2,000 ACS clients.
• $14 per ACS client for over 2,000 ACS clients.
